AT&T receives excellent reviews as to its excellent customer service on online shopping, ranking first among all broadband and wireless providers, according to a survey made on the telecommunications industry.
According to comScore, the internet company who conducted the survey, the website of AT&T placed first on all categories concerning website experience by the Internet users. These categories include the overall satisfaction of the visitor, simplicity in site navigation, and the probability that the visitor will return to the website and even recommend it to other users.
The AT&T website also garnered top scores as to online satisfaction based on the time it took to load a page, security of the site, capabilities for searching, promotions availability as well as the organization of the website. As a whole, online users chose http://www.att.com for excellent customer satisfaction among all other websites included in this survey.
A lot of traffic has been seen on the website of AT&T especially during those days when shopping is at its peak. In fact, the online sales of AT&T during Black Friday which is the day following Thanksgiving as well as CyberMonday, which is the workday following Thanksgiving, put AT&T on the top 5 retail online sites.
