Nokia and AT&T launched a new phone, Nokia 6650, a flip phone which is packaged with navigation, multimedia and entertainment features. The two companies created the Nokia 6650 to compete with the other gadgets, preparing for the holiday shopping season. Also, Nokia 6650 is a smart phone that is run by Symbian-based S60 platform and lets the buyers and consumers to try the third-party application downloads themes and setting of profiles.

6650 taps into AT&T’s 3G network and pushes services of AT&T’s with mobile music and videos. It will have two available colours which is red and silver.

Nokia 6650 has many open-source advantages like having access to more than ten thousands of applications in gaming, expansive set of languages. A sample of their feature is having a built in key which allows the user to access in AT&T navigator. It has a 2 megapixel camera, AT&T Mobile music and AT&T video sharing services.

It is also a double use entertainment device with external audio-playback keys. And also, the size of its inch display is 1.36, and allows the consumer and users to capture photos, change profile music and to control music.

According to Michael Gartenberg the current vice president for mobile strategies in Jupiter media, because of its sleek and ultra thin design the Nokia 6650 will be the future phone which will be above of all the wanted devices in these days. Like the iPhone, iTouch, T-Mobile G1, and the Blackberry storm. And most likely, consumers and holiday shoppers will have plenty of choices to choose from. Nokia 6650 will be bought for $69.99 including a 2 year service warrant.
