Most people say that the cellular phone law; "you cannot talk and hold a cell phone while driving" is a good law. Well, I think I respectfully disagree on this one, as it seems this is an unnecessary hardship. Additionally, it should be noted that many people can drive and talk on a car phone at the same time.
