Festive season is round the corner. To celebrate this further now NCAA fans will get to watch full length, live college bowling games via cable and broadcast networks in cell phones.

Today Verizon Wirelss and MediaFLO USA announced their partnership to provide complete coverage of 24 games of college bowl. Starting with ESPN Mobile television telecast on Dec. 20th of Poinsettia Bowl and finishing with the GMAC Bowl telecast on January 6th, the series of 2008 games for college bowl will be telecast on Mobile TV from ESPN and CBS Mobile via VCAST from Verizon Wireless.

The subscribers of VCAST will gain access to the biggest college bowl games in their cell phones. The Alamo Bowl featuring Penn State against Texas A&M is being telecast on 29th Dec. via ESPN’s channel called Mobile TV. On Janrauy 1st 2008 two major college bowl events will occur – namely Alabama Crimson Tide versus Colorado Buffaloes which is telecast on CBS Mobile and the second called Cotton Bowl featuring Missouri University versus Arkansas telecast via FOX Mobile on the same day.

As per Michael Boyd who is the VP of research and licensing, MediaFLO USA, the upcoming season will allow sports fans to follow all their favorite college bowl games even while on the move – without missing even one game, in spite of not being in front of the TV.

According to Ryan Huhes who is the VP, digital programming media, over 24 games of college bowl will be telecast via VCAST from ESPN, FOX Mobile and CBS Mobile.
