You may be aware that you can track a person's location through the area code of their phone number. An area code is the fist three digits of a standard ten digit phone number and is assigned to a specific geographical location. Although learning the name of a state and city, or even discovering that the code is associated with another country may be helpful, a basic location is not going to tell you the name of the number owner, or even provide you with their exact location.
