We rely on our mobile phones for a considerable amount of things but that list may be about to grow. As you may know, airlines have always had problems with the length of checking-in queues and people not turning up but this is all about to change thanks to the mobile phone industry. It is estimated that the airline industry could save up to £300 million by being able to track passengers and send all important documents such as tickets and boarding passes to the passengers mobile.
