The Motorola Razr v3xx—for the GSM network on Cingular Wireless—has arrived. According to Cingular’s Web site, the phone features a music player, a 1.3 megapixel camera and stereo Bluetooth. (Also it costs about 80USD on a two year contract.)

The 3G device may well contribute to the Razr’s unprecedented streak, which has been credited both with the revival of Motorola Inc.’s fortunes and, possibly, the handset vendor’s current slump, as the Razr continues to eclipse its successors such as the Krzr on price and buzz.
