Sprint LG Rumor: Rumors Not True

There is an ongoing rumor that Sprint 's LG Rumor was discarded from the store shelves because of a firmware issue. There are reports that are spreading all over the WorldWideWeb about how LG Rumor's system can be wiped out whenever a user starts up the phone and presses certain keys. Earlier this year, Sprint ended the speculations and said that the LG Rumor was not returned back to its manufacturers because of a phone defect, but it's just that, it is selling so well and is selling so fast.

Sprint set the record straight and claimed that the LG Rumor was not pulled out of store racks. Most Sprintretail stores just simply ran out of stock. With such a great following of the said phone, Sprint is set to put back more of this product to be made available for every one.

Although Sprint did not deny the fact that there was a firmwire issue on Sprint LG Rumor handsets. The phone carrier states that these were just isolated cases and was not something that affected all Sprint LG Rumor owners. The company also states that there has been a solution to this issue and that the firmwire update would soon be available to those unfortunate cell phone users whose firmware was wiped out because of the LG Rumor's glitch.
