T-Mobile to Launch App Store

With the present mobile market craving for mobile content and applications that they can use on their cell phones, wireless service providers are starting to open app store that would be the answer to the growing demand of costumers' need for quality mobile content. T-Mobile joined the likes of Apple Inc. and would soon open their app store where subscribers can buy or subscribe to mobile applications that are of high quality with pre-approved standards.

The app store would have a fully functional web portal for high-end T-Mobile phones and a dedicated application for the rest of the handsets from T-Mobile. The company is said to do a number of field upgrades to accommodate this new service for their subscribers. In line with their launch of the app store, T-Mobile would also integrate a better consumer feedback system that would allow present subscribers to have their say on the present service of the said company. They can also use this as aide in discovering applications and content that they can use on their cell phones.

T-Mobile app store would be beneficial to all subscribers specially those with BlackBerry and Windows Mobile apps on their phone. The app store would not be available to other T-Mobile cell phones like SideKick and Android OS which have their own dedicated app stores.

The additional mobile applications are expected to use higher bandwidth special for streaming videos and music. At present, T-Mobile costumers are paying data plan service anywhere from $5.99 to $19.99 per month.
