Siemens delivered strong first quarter results, posting new orders worth $32.8 billion, a 31-percent increase from $20.4 billion in new orders a year earlier.
In 2005, Siemens cut some 7,000 jobs and pulled out of mobile phone production. Hopefully, the new attachment to BenQ will continue to bring positive results.
