Help on network logos and menus

Hello! I would like to ask, once you've had a mobile unlocked are you stuck with the network logos and menus?

I would like to know, if I bought a pay as you go mobile, and then had it unlocked, are the orange menus still on the phone, or will they go once it's been unlocked. If not, is there any way of getting rid of the menus and logos?

They'll still be there but wherever you get the phone unlocked, you should be able to change it too.
