"Unable to Charge" is displayed when there is miscommunication between your phone, battery and/or the charger for your Motorola cellular phone. Usually cleaning the contacts of your phone and battery or replacing the battery and/or charger will resolve the problem. If two or more batteries and chargers cause the phone to display, "Unable to Charge" we would assume there is a problem with the cellular phone itself.
Motorola stands behind the products and accessories by offering a minimum one-year limited warranty issued from the date of purchase.
If your accessories are under warranty, and are defective, please contact our Cellular Customer Care to set up a Warranty Exchange, to receive warranty service.
You may choose to have your cellular phone and accessories evaluated at a Motorola authorized service center. The technician can determine if the difficulty you are experiencing can be corrected locally or through our National Service Center.
