does anyone know why phone tools does not support multimedia studio for verizon customers on razor phones

It may be the fact Verizon has the phoen software locked so you can only apply Verizon wall paper, music, downloads, etc. Many CDMA providers do this so you must buy their stuff. Sucks I know.
