My Motorola V600 is back in the shop, second time in one year. Let it be known that this phone has been nothing short of being a disaster, and not for just me but it seems everyone who owns one or touches one. It would seem that Motorola is in some artificial race. It has been known through my research that Motorola claims that the first 5% of these phones are flawed; this number however is a conservative estimate. It could be proven statistically by just the amount of people that post bad comments about this phone it would easily exceed that of 5%. To make matters worse, Motorola does not support in fixing their problem-ridden phone, I had the worst customer service in my life when wheeling and dealing with them. I had to break some arms and make a few people cry to say the least. Further evidence of this phone being nothing but paperweight is the fact that Cingular dropped this phone nearly 2 months after getting because of the flaws, Rogers in Canada also followed a similar suit. The problems I’ve had so far have included:
-Failing earpiece
-Failing camera
-Bad pictures
-Slow software
-Spontaneous UI crashes
-De-lamination of keys
-Easily scratched outside
-Broken Antenna

Be aware this phone is a DISASTER, and from what I gather most other Motorola phones especially in the VXXX series.

I’ll keep you updated

-M.

Ok, I admit I know this guy, and I can attest he kicks the crap outta his machine, however, that being said, it doesn't account for ALL the software problems that have arisen....FYI
