Problem with my Moto Q 9h And What I Learned of it

Some times the MOTO Q 9h model Motorola cell phone will hang when you turn it 'ON'. Nothing to worry.

Most probably, it is a minor problem with the battery and not with your Motorola mobile. Consider the following steps for a solution.

Removing the battery without dismissing the password dialog box may cause your phone to "hang" and display the carrier logo during start-up. To resolve this, perform a Master Clear by holding down the '*' and 'E' keys during power up.

Master Clear will reset all settings to the factory default. This action also clears all data from the Motorola mobile device including PIM data, Call History, Settings, etc.

So i would recommend you save your all datas to your sim card before you go with these of my suggestions so that you dont lose all your important datas including cell history and text messages you received.
