I just want to know if i can rip a DVD film ( with the format supported by this phone - MP4 ) put it on an SD Card, and watch it on this phone. ( Like playing Shrek, in a restaurant, for keeping the kid sit for a couple more minutes !!! )

I know that the phone can record video MP4 and it can play it back, but i have concern about the fact that it can only play a limited time video, like 2 or 3 minutes video.

Anybody have information or have try this ?

That's a good question, whether or not the buffer will actually permit dumping. Not sure if the memory will keep on playing it. I would give it a shot if you have a small scandisk you can pop in with a 10 minute video. Let us know how you fair.
