Samsung A670 ringtone problem

i recently downloaded the ringtone for jay-z - threat with my samsung a670 phone and when i listen to it i realize it's not his track threat but it's the beat to dirt off your shoulders..anyone else download and notice this? anywhere i can go and complain and maybe get my money back! haha
