There is no switch back going on, it remains Cingular. ATT will control the landbased phones though, but at the end of the day, it's what Cingular wants.

I think it's the other way around, Cingular is the smaller dude, ATT is taking them over, hence why Cingular has ATT brands attached to them now.

So how does all this lawsuit business have any advantages for the consumer? What rights has it reapportioned to us? Do the old ATT customers with virtually no service with Cingular have any rights? What are they? How do we enforce them?
