| Sony Ericsson has confirmed
that they will today announce a new Walkman phone for the US. The W810i
is a candybar style quad band phone with EDGE, with looks similar to
the W800. In addition to 850 and EDGE, the W810i also adds music
playback controls to the D-pad and a button to access the phone's
shortcuts menu. The W810i has less built in memory but still maintains
all other features including the 2 megapixel camera, FM Radio,
Bluetooth and Memory Stick Pro Duo slot. Sony Ericsson also announced a
pair of speaker accessories for their Walkman phones today - a
pocket-sized portable set and a desktop unit. The W810i will be
available worldwide early in the second quarter. |
