pairing/file transfer

i just got a moto q9h global from at&t.
Im having a problem because I want to transfer Music from my
PC to my Q. The main problem is that I have win98SE lol. But I
dont feel like putting new OS on this crappy PC, id rather just figure out something until i get a new PC.
If I go up the street to radio shack and get a bluetooth usb connector for my PC that works with 98se, Will I be able to send files from my PC to my Q
using bluetooth?
I also have an 8GB sandisk microSDHC in my phone (but the mobilemate reader that comes with it wont work with 98 lol).
WIll I be able to do this? transfering music from my PC into my Q/memory card? If so tell me what usbbluetooth connector you would use?
