How to have free music on my cell phone?

I have a Cingular cell phone and it's called "Razer". I was just wondering, is there some kind of website where you can upload music on and then sent it to your cell phone?

I've seen kids at my school listing music off there cell phones. Where can I upload a full song and then sent it to my Cingular Razor phone?
