I'm trying desperately (moving to Rogers network for family plan) to cancel my phone with Telus. Of course, this information is impossible to find.... ihope my deal goes smoothly and I'll probably end up phoning them since there is ZERO info online or in the help regarding this process.

You have to phone them at *611 on your mobile phone. There's no way that any company wil ltell you have to cancel your phone. Having said this, I was in my Telus account (we have one with each provider) and noticed their interface and control over items is a bit more than rogers. You can add easier with rogers but can do things with telus like suspend the phone and see data usage.
