Long Distance calls

I am purchasing a cellphone off of Roger's website which will primarily be used to make long distance calls to the United States (I live in Canada). I don't want to commit to any contracts before I know all of the facts, so I have a question to anyone who'd be willing to help me. What is a good international plan or add-on offered by Rogers that will give me at least two hours of long distance calls to the United States without costing me too much money?

Please let me know as soon as possible as I'd like to purchase the phone tonight.

I don't think you can take advantage of the long distance price plans without a contract. Usually it's 30 cents a minute but with a long distance plan you pay something like 15 bucks a month and get X amount of minutes. The web site tell you more.
