|

Hi,
I hav been a Rogers user for 3 years. More than less pretty happy with coverage and performance, less than more happy with their customer service.
I called them up because my contract is up November 11th. Wanting to renew, and change my phone as it is getting pretty beat up, they told mee I would get charged a 35$ upgrade fee, and they would take a 100$ off credit from the pric of a new phone. The original price though, not the one offered to new customers.
So, basically, if I were to pick the Motorola ROKR E8, I would pay 255$, + 35$ upgrade fees, - 100$ credit for having been a customer for 3 years, = 190$.
If I were a new customer, or if I deactivated and reactivated, they would charge me 99$ for the same phone.
Is that a way to reward returning customers ? I think not.
I sent a feedback via Rogers'website, and it's been 36 hours, no reply yet, even though they said they would reply back within 24 hours.
Any idea on ho to proceed ?
Thanks,
JF |

| Hello, I can assist you with this problem. Are you a corporate client..meaning, do you have a plan that u were signed up on due to a position at a specific company? Also, how much is an average bill? |
