Can I use any T-Mobile phone with their pre-paid service?

We use T-mobile pre-paid wireless, but need to upgrade to bluetooth phones by the end of the year so we can talk hands-free if a call comes in while driving.

We don't use our phones often, so we want to stick with pre-paid. T-mobile lists only a few phones in pre-paid packages on their website--can I use other phones, like the Razr V3?

Yeah, you can use any T-Mobile phone with Prepaid service.
