LG released its second phone model that uses Fastap keypad technology. The new LG 490 will be available through Telus Mobility in Canada.
Fastap is a unique keypad technology that includes both number and letter buttons on a standard keypad layout. Other features of the phone include letter dialing and one-touch access to mobile services and phone features.
LG previously released its LG AX490 Fastap keypad in Canada, and subsequently introduced a version of the phone for the U.S. market for Alltel Corp.
