Virgin Mobile Canada just introduced the Tidal Wave data plan - unlimited emails and web browsing for $10/month! What's the catch? You have to use their new Samsung m510 phone, which sells for $199.00. So you can't tether your PDA or laptop to the phone and use it as a modem. If you can live with that limitation, this is an unbelievable value!
