Would like to know how to sell my VM remaining balance ?

Hi everyone:
I have been using virgin mobile service for over 4 years.
I use it as emergency only and still have to refill every 90 days.
My account have remaining balance of $180.
I would like to switch to T-Mobile prepaid.
T-Mobile offer Gold member of 10 cent per minute plus the second year only need to refill $10 and good for another year, it seems better for me for the long run.
There are no way I can used up all my minutes before I leave Virgin Mobile.
I would like to sell my account balance with VOX 8610 phone for discount price.
Can I do this? And How?
