Treo 700wx Call Problems

Can get incoming calls but can't hear them on my Treo 700wx?

I have a Treo 700wx (Sprint Version). My phone was working fine yesterday before I used my earphones 1st and then I switched and used my Bluetooth. Now I can get incoming calls but I can't hear the person on the other end and they can't hear me either...it also happens when I make calls..I can't hear the phone ringing on the other end or when the person picks up the phone. My phone rings when I get an incoming call and I can hear my ringtones when I play them manually but I cannot hear my songs on my Windows Media Player.

Could somebody please help? Thanx in advance.

Hello!

You said that you used the earphone first, correct? If so, try connecting the earphone to the phone back and forth for 5 times. Try it again after you are done.
