I subscribed to TELUS Pay and Talk cellular service via phone......A few days after this purchase, I received a call from VISA to inform me that Telus had billed me for 8 separate $1.00 charges...apparently some merchants will initially key in a $1.00 amount to verify validity of your credit card and then delete this and enter the actual charge of your purchase. TELUS did not delete these charges and so they were automatically billed to my VISA account . As I reviewed my VISA statement, I further realized that I was double billed for the actual Pay and Talk account. When I called TELUS to report this error, the "CLIENT CARE TEAM" was totally RUDE and ARROGANT!!!!!I was told that they would not be refunding me this overcharge and they would need to conduct a complete investigation , which takes some time!!!!!! So, beware of these billing errors which TELUS are apparently known to commonly make...especially if you purchase any of their products or services using a credit card!!!!I have phoned and emailed and to date have not yet received as much as an acknowledgement!!!!!!!!! Definitely A BUYER BEWARE with TELUS MOBILITY!!!!!

Sounds like more a of an individual Telus store's problems. Did you try going higher up to remedy the problem? Mind you, it fact they don't have a system where you can fix your problems quickly is yet another inefficieny of the big corporate service provider.
