I overpaid Rogers AT&T Canada by a substantial amount via internet banking. I tried contacting them, spoke to 4 different depts., 8 different employees, and was given first good news that I could have a credit placed on my credit card, which was promptly retracted in favour of "we can't do anything". The best they could come up with was "it's your bank's fault" or "why don't you let the credit just sit sir?" WELL PARDON ME ROGERS if I do'nt have money to be throwing out the window. They even discouraged me contacting the billing department to get a refund! What terrible service. Usually these guys are good but when it comes to larger overpayment they are terrible to deal with. BEWARE of OVERPAYING via internet banking! You'll be sorry when you can't get your money back and the rent payment is missed.... Oh well, at least you'll have a prepaid phone for 6 months......[crazy]
