I need help/ advice

I have been studying information about unlocked GSM phone. I have a Samsung t319 with T-mobile prepaid service. I Then noticed it would be cheaper if I got a sidekick and used their pre paid rates because I can get unlimited text, web access, and IM for only 1 dollar a day. If I were to buy an unlocked Sidekick and use my current prepaid SIM card, would I still be able to access all of the stuff like the web and IM and still recieve the prepaid rates?

What you've mentioned should be the correct process and everything should work out fine. To double check I'd phone T-Mobile to be absolutely sure, they'll be happy to answer a questions. Just say ' I have a SIM card I want to put into a new phone, will all the features from the last plan/phone be the same for the new one?'
