AT&T Introduces mMode to Caribbean

AT&T Wireless introduced its popular data product, mMode, to Caribbean customers. mMode offers the largest collection of mobile communication, information and entertainment sites available in the United States.

"This version of mMode has been specifically designed for the Caribbean and extends the best of the U.S. product. It has been enhanced to include information that is relevant to the people living in the region. mMode is now available to postpaid customers in Barbados, Antigua and Bermuda with other AT&T Wireless Caribbean markets to follow", explains Stephanie Bariault, Vice President of AT&T Wireless Caribbean.

Customers can now browse mMode's extensive collection of content and applications, including Hotmail and MSN Messenger, CNN, CBS Market Watch, ESPN, The Weather Channel and hundreds of other fun and useful sites. mMode offers thousands of the most popular ringtones and games from around the world.

To coincide with the launch of mMode, AT&T Wireless is introducing the new "Island Websites" category. Island Websites offers local information including news, weather, sports, places to go and things to do in the Caribbean.
