TelePlus Wireless Signs Agreement with AT&T

TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. announced that its subsidiary TelePlus Wireless Corp. signed an agreement with an aggregator of AT&T Wireless, Consumer Cellular Inc. from Oregon, to run TelePlus' Mobile Virtual Network Operationon AT&T's network.

TelePlus Wireless is expected to start selling its first TelePlus branded wireless phones to various dealers and distributors in select US cities within 45 days. Affordable rate plans including unlimited weeknights and weekend minutes, free long distance calls within the US, no contracts, attractive handsets and lowest long distance rates are among few of the advantages offered by TelePlus' wireless program. TelePlus' program is expected to bring a fresh idea in today's wireless age. No plans are in place to introduce the Company's private label services in Canada. The Company will continue to growth its revenues through the expansion of its store based strategy in that area.
