This thread is for all Bell Mobility customers looking to post questions about their network, but most of all, praise or complaints against Bell. If you've had a bad experience then post it here. If you've had a good experience, post it here as well. Whether it's customer service or cell phone issues, discuss them all here within this forum. Inform others about great deals, new cell phones, or bad experiences.

I've switched away from Bell, you may have noticed from my other posts. The reason as outlined in the Telus forum was because of their terrible customer service and because they have the highest pries of all the carriers in Canada.

We have to remember one thing. I believe Bell does not have the bogus 'service fee' that Rogers and Telus have. That's 7-8 dollars off the price. SO you're monthly plan would cost around 27-28 dollars from 35 because of the absence of a 'service fee'. It's still higher though. I"d like to see if these stupid 'service fees' are even legitimate to charge. What exactly does it cover? Sounds fishy to me but everyone does it pretty much so....

IMO Bell does have high prices, but where I am, they have the best coverage. ROgers drops calls and Telus does as well. I'm happy with Bell and haven't had any problems. ALthough I haven't had a problem recently and luckily haven't had to deal with their customer service system admist all the problem they've been having.
