I believe it is Siemens who are currently working on a smaller version of the IBZT keyboard for their cell phones to be released sometime next year. They technology is there, all Siemens is trying to accomplish is making the techonology small enough to atttach to a cell phone. Stay tuned to see if anything materialises.
