so i just bought a new Motorola phone yesterday and am doing the Pay & Talk service. Just in a day, I've lost 13 dollars from various things, some I never even did.
My question is...it said I've gotten the Pay-per-use instant messaging for $4.00 plus the $.50 extra charge. First, I have absolutely no idea what that is, and two, I never did anything to get this. How do I cancel this/how in the world did I even get it?
Second, somehow I was suscribed to "Luv Crush Love Horoscopes" and received 2 messages getting charged a total of $2.50 before I searched the number and cancelled my suscription that I never joined.
It is only my second day and I'm very unimpressed with telus. Has anyone else experienced this/any advice that you can give me with these questions? that'd be wonderful. |
