OK so I was with Cellular one, have been for 6 years, this year however, Alltel wireless bought them out. Ever since the company changed hands our bills have risen each month and our coverage lowered. Here's my question, the switch happened in the middle of my contract with Cellular one, seeing as how alltel is not cellular one, can i get out of my contract without paying the early cancellation fees? We have about 15 months left on our contract (with cellular one) I guess I am thinking since we signed a contract with Cellular one and not alltel we should not be bound by that? Am I correct in assuming that? what do you all think? I am very dissatisfied with our service from Alltel.

[font "Verdana,Arial,Helvetica"][black][size 3] I'm not a lawyer so I'm not going to say 'drop them'. It will be interesting to see if someone wen tall the way and cancelled their contract after merger.....I'm guessing that CellularOne contracts remain effective with Alltel, much to your chagrin.
