Nortel Networks has completed TL 9000 consolidation registration for its portfolio of hardware, software and services for HSDPA, UMTS and GSM wireless infrastructure solutions.
The TL 9000 standard for Quality Management System Requirements and
Measurements was developed by the QuEST Forum to improve upon ISO 9000
standards through a more comprehensive quality, reliability and
measurement system focused on end-to-end deployment of network
infrastructure and associated support services, said Nortel.
Certification covers portfolio marketing, product management, design
and development, build, delivery, and introduction and support of
wireless networks using UMTS/HSDPA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE equipment.
