Rogers will now offer SpinVox voicemail-to-text service across its network. Starting this fall, Rogers subscribers will be able to choose to have all their voicemails converted to text by SpinVox and sent directly to their cell phones as an SMS message.

SpinVox sends the SMS along with the number, so the caller can be immediately identified, enabling customers to instantly respond either by text or phone with just one-touch.

SpinVox is the only voice-to-text service with multilingual capability, so Rogers' subscribers can have both their English and French voicemails converted. SpinVox Voicemail-to-Text launched in 2004 and is one of eight world-first products creating a new category of communications, Voice-to-Screen. The deal with Rogers Wireless marks its fourth carrier announcement in North America and SpinVox forecasts a total of 12 announced deals by the end of 2007, leading to an estimated global subscriber base of six million in the first quarter of 2008. Rogers has the largest wireless network in Canada, reaching 94% of the population.
