The Best PDA/Cell Phone

]I am a novice when it comes to cell phones. There has been so much advancement in these devices year to year it makes your head spin. I don't have time to keep up so I need help from someone who does.

I have an old Audiovox Trimode Phone. I am thinking about upgrading to a PDA phone. I have Verizon as my carrier. They indicated that they only support CDMA devices. What is CDMA and what would be the best phone for a PDA, Cell, Phone, Camera, etc, using Microsoft Pocket PC. What should I look for in advanced communications support, i.e. digital signals, etc so the device I purchase can also be flexible enough to adapt to the new stuff that seems to come out daily.

What is the BEST PDA/Cell Phone and carrier to support it?

What are you looking for in a PDA and what is your price level?

You want a pocket pc on the verizon networks is that right?

Price range $400-$600

Yes, Verizon is THE Carrier. However others may also be considered. I am partial to HP devices but heard they don't support CDMA by verizon
