Can anyone tell how to get the new MDA working with Skype - my wife will be in Europe for 4 weeks and I like to save on phone cost..

Whew it's been a while since I've been back! Which MDA? The T-mobile MDA is not a Pocket PC, Skype runs on Pocket PC's, however, the processor may not be fast enough to run Skype smoothly. What version you have? Best way to check it to install and check it, it may be bumpy... You could potentially hack your phone to overclock the CPU, but I won't tell you how....

Thk for the repy, I talked about the newest MDA from T-Mobile with the TI 200 MHz CPU. I decided to wait until the Qtek 9600 or MDA Vario II comes out with the intel CPU 300 MHz. Do not like overclocking. In my opinion Skype should provide more alternatives for such slower CPU's, which most of us have. I will have the Ipaq 6915 in a few weeks, so there is not a problem.
