Sprint has announced the availability of a non-camera version of the popular Sprint Treo 600 by palmOne. This non-camera version was designed to address corporate security concerns raised by camera phones and incorporates all the other same timesaving and user-friendly features as the original Treo 600.
Some business types are worried that camera enabled PDA's may be used to copy senstitive data within the organization. Sprint and Treo have remedied this situation by providing this palm sans camera.
The Treo 600 will continue to support popular PCS Business Connection Enterprise and Personal editions interfaces, which seamlessly interact with Microsoft Exchange 2000 and Lotus Domino data, and offer the ability to access multiple inboxes including one corporate and up to two Internet mailboxes.
