I ordered the Samsung Blast phone upgrade directly from t-Mobile Customer Service almost a couple of weeks back. Since then the order has been lost, they havent been able to track my package (etc etc) until they finally told me today that the Blast is on Backorder and that i should receive it next week.

Does anyone know anything about this? Anyone facing the same experience?
