Telus Releases Samsung a650

Telus has released the Samsung a650 a clamshell style handset into its lineup. Features include: color screen (65K), a 1X Dual Band Tri-mode chip, and BREW technology for games and other applications. Some wireless capabilities are missing such as MMS support, and there is no external display. The a650 is cheaper than the a670 sans camera. Reception is typically good, and battery life is good as well, (what some consumers say). Essentially Samsung has toned down the a650 to make it an affordable package with an all around reliable cell phone. It's a good pick so long as you don't need wireless options.
